My name is Brittany. I love bands and my fav bands are Pierce the Veil and Sleeping With Sirens. I love going to concerts! I love animals and own 3 ferrets and One Great Dane pupper named Kakashi and 2 of my ferrets are named after Pokemon! ( Yes, I am a nerd.) I guess I joined this so I can find new friends down the road. I don't have many where I live. I only have one best friend and she lives 4 hours away and can't see her too often and my other friend moved back to her hometown. I do however get along great with male friends but I don't care what gender you are if we get along! I am an introvert and I am really shy until I get to know someone then I won't shut up lol It's way easier to talk to people through text for me since I have social anxiety but eventually would like to meet in person as well to break me out of my bubble! I do suffer with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. My mental illnesses make it hard to live my life at times but they don't define me. I just started med management and about to start going to counseling so bare with me as some meds will make me miserable. I am working towards getting better and would like a friend to constantly talk to and not someone who will talk for a day or two then disappear out of my life. I can get really attached to people and it wouldn't be good for my mental health for someone to talk to me almost everyday then leave with no explanation.I do get that people have jobs and they get busy so I don't expect for someone to text me every second. I am a pretty understanding person ! I take friendships serious since I barely have anyone but my animals and my boyfriend so please if you know that you don't want to stick around for long term and just wanna "talk to pass time" then please just tell that so I know not to look forward to your messages everyday. Also my dog is a HUGE part of my life so if you're not an animal lover then it won't work out considering that I spend a lot of my days with my dog when I'm not working. He's always with me when I go to places for the most part so if you can't deal with him being around then it won't work out. We had a heart defect scare when I got him at 7 weeks but he's healthy now and we are very attached since I have been in his life since he was 4 days old and I don't usually like going anywhere without him. I like to spend everyday with him since you never know when the last day you will have with your loved one.Hes more than a dog to me. Hes my favorite human. I don't know what I would do without him. He's my emotional support dog and he helps me so much with my depression and anxiety. If I bring him out to like the dog park, he actually helps with my social anxiety since I am around other animal lovers and it's easy for me to have a stable conversation when I know he's by my side so maybe if we meet in person. You can meet my dog as well and then maybe I won't be so nervous xD I think that is enough rambling for now lol but I am open to any conversation really but if you try to flirt and try to get sexual in anyway don't expect me to talk to you as I do have a boyfriend.
