I'm an advocate of mental health awareness. I suffer from severe social anxiety. I am an introverted female thinker. I'm mostly in my head but occasionally I can ground myself back down to reality.

People tend to mistake my anxiety for rudeness or my judging them. I'm actually a pretty open-minded person and I like experimenting with different things. I'm very sensitive but most people think I'm cold because I have a restricted facial affect due to being on the autism spectrum. I am also personality disordered but very high functioning (most people think I'm normal).

I feel anxious all the time around everyone, even if I know them well. It's nothing personal. I wish people would be more understanding of that and less critical of me. That is why I am an advocate for mental health. Anxiety is rooted in biology/genetics and cannot be cured. People who are anxious might be self-aware but might still struggle to control it since it is a neurological issue (it's not the same as normal shyness). I might actually be more ambiverted than I originally thought I was.

When I was in college back in 2016-2017, I studied psychology both at school and in my free time. I'm not an expert, but I do know a little more about mental health than the average person.

I love my coffee black; though I do enjoy a fancy schmancy cappuccino or latte at a cafe/coffee shop (with pastries) occasionally. I have a big sweet tooth. I enjoy upscale cuisine.

I really do care about people and I wish more people could see it. I'm always down to doing karaoke or going to the bar for a drink. I love trying out new cocktails. I haven't been social in a while so I'll be starting from scratch. I wish to make guy friends.

Just English but open to learning Polish, Romanian and/or Italian (I have been wanting to do this for a while but I keep pushing it aside). I am half Iranian, 1/4 Irish and 1/4 German. I am more familiar with the Iranian aspect of my culture. Unfortunately, I don't speak Farsi.
