I am a shy person, when I am among friends and family I do just fine, but I am horribly awkward at meeting new people. When you see me talking to a stranger you can bet a penny it wouldn't be me who started the conversation. (i do gain a bit of courage on cyber chats though and can take initiative in reaching out)
I am a homebody! I'll be content and happy as a clam staying at home with my family and of course, my books!! or should I say my e-books? Well you see, reading is my addiction and I am not looking for a cure. But I also like to travel, not alone tho coz' I happen to have the worst sense of direction.
Some of my favorite books are the Kate Daniel series, The Veil Diaries, Bewitched and Bewildered, Throne of Glass, Ender's game, to name a few.
If money were no concern, I would
buy my own private island with lotsa coconut trees, surrounded by gorgeous blue sea. Then build a big house there for my family and for friends when they visit. Of course that house has to have a big library.
I also have many insecurities. Physical aspect mostly. I know, i know.. it is not healthy and I should get over them, rise above them, be a confident woman and all that jazz. Of course I know that! But knowing and overcoming are two different things. And I really am trying you know.
