Hey there! I'm really pretty new to the area still and I'm looking to make some new friends around here away from work, church, and my boyfriend. I'm originally from Washington, did undergrad in Idaho, lived in Minneapolis for a couple years while I started and then stopped a master's degree in music, and now I've come down to Des Moines to join up with my partner. Right now I'm working at a Caribou Coffee while I'm getting ready to apply to Lutheran seminaries to start a Master of Divinity program. In the meantime, I also play the bassoon and do freelance playing gigs sometimes, and I'm also getting ready to start substitute teaching. I speak Finnish pretty well and I'm really interested in Finland. I do a lot of cooking and knitting in my spare time, and I love exploring wines.
