- Never share financial information, passwords, or personal identification documents with anyone you meet online.

- Use the built-in messaging system until you feel comfortable.
- Be cautious if someone asks to move to email, text, WhatsApp, or social media right away.
- If someone pressures you to share private contact details, that’s a red flag.

- If something feels “off,” unusual, or too intense — take a step back.
- You never owe anyone a reply or continued conversation.
